During the COVID 19 outbreak, the EU funded project, "NO FEAR", together with the IFRC and Red Cross National Societies, sharedexperiences, challenges and solutions, in order to better respond to the evolving crisis. This example of global real time learning,through networks of practioners and researchers, can be a model that should be implemented to foster preparedness for disasters andagile learning facing emerging threats.
