Stakeholder engagement

The Europe and Central Asia Regional Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction 2027 aims to welcome a large diversity of DRR stakeholders across the region.

In line with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, and the Regional EFDRR Roadmap 2021-2030, the Europe and Central Asia Regional Platform 2027 is being developed with inclusive and participatory approaches to DRR. Representatives of Major Groups and other Stakeholders (MGoS) in Europe and Central Asia will be engaged throughout the planning process for the Regional Platform to ensure that their voices are heard by policymakers.
